Falling for Beauty: The Coziest Fragrance Duo

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I’m wrapping up my three-part series of fall favorites with fragrance. These two options pair perfectly with a cozy autumn day, and they’ll carry the warmth of fall into the winter season and beyond.

Vanilla Sky from Skylar ($90 for 50 ml)

Have you ever spent so much time at your favorite cafe that your clothes start to capture the smell of coffee? Skylar’s Vanilla Sky is that in a bottle.

Pure vanilla mixes with cappuccino and caramelized cedar notes for a rich but delicate profile. It’s woodsy, comforting, and smooth, without being too sweet. I’m not big on gourmand perfumes because they can feel too heavy, but I’ve loved wearing this one. Plus, because of the coffee notes, I can trick myself into feeling more awake in the mornings.

All Skylar perfumes are hypoallergenic, safe for sensitive skin, vegan, and cruelty-free.

Muse from Who Is Elijah ($125 for 50 ml)

If the clean girl and the office siren aesthetics had a baby, it would be Muse. This scent oozes quiet confidence and sophistication with notes of pear, jasmine, and musk. A deep floral always carries an air of mystery and sensuality, but this one is still grounded in the earthy tones. Muse is perfect for the work day, date night, and everything in between. I always stand a little bit taller whenever I wear it.

Who Is Elijah is an accessible luxury brand specializing in genderless fragrances, blurring the line between masculinity and femininity.
