Many men experience hair thinning as early as their twenties. According to WebMD, 85% of men will have thinning hair by the age of 50. Contrary to popular belief, wearing a baseball cap does not cause hair loss. Smoking, however, has been linked to male-pattern baldness, providing another compelling reason to avoid cigarettes and vapes. Fortunately, there are various solutions available for those dealing with thinning hair.
I recently tried Bosley MD’s Racing to Thicker Hair products, which have partnered with NASCAR for a giveaway contest. After using the system for a month, I’ve noticed a slight increase in hair thickness on my scalp. While it’s not quite the voluminous ‘fro I had in my younger days, the difference is noticeable. The package claims results within 45 days, so I’m expecting even more growth in the coming weeks. This bundle includes healthy hair supplements, easy-to-use foam, and a follicle energizer.

As summer fades and autumn approaches, I sought out fragrances that could both warm the spirit and invigorate the senses. Natura’s Ekos Ryos unisex scent collection rushed to the top of my list. With its aromatic and spicy notes, it promises to add a touch of heat to chilly days and nights.
Recently, they launched three new enticing fragrances designed for men and women. Whether you’re returning to school, heading back to work, taking a business trip, or preparing for a special occasion, these scents offer a sophisticated and alluring option.
The mystique and rivers of the Amazon Forest inspire this trio.
The top notes of Ekos Ryo Chuva (green bottle) are river and rain notes plus mandarin; middle notes include violet leaf, rose and jasmine; base notes are copahu balm, musk and vetiver. Together, they create a memory of a fresh rainfall while hiking, camping or even glamping.
Ekos Ryo Vivo (amber bottle) is more floral with top notes of priprioca, pomelo, orange and pataqueira; middle notes are rose, jarana flower, orange blossom and jasmine; base notes are cedar, breu-branco and copahu balm.
While I like all three scents, my favorite for this season is the Ekos Ryo Festa (dark caramel bottle). The most alluring aspect of this scent for me is the woodsy bio-essence that comes from the siriúba, a tree that has a long history in the Amazon. All three scents are created for everyone and are 100% vegan and made with ecological packaging.
