Try the Burrata appetizer with their notable Espresso Martini, or a well-balanced Spicy Margarita, or a strong, coco-nutty Pina Colada. The Burrata appetizer comes with toasted French bread and an outstanding pineapple puree with Thai basil Gremolata. The pairing of pineapple puree and burrata is truly inspired and tastes exquisite. Other sharable appetizers include chips with guacamole, calamari, salmon sushi, fish tacos, glazed pork belly bites, buttermilk-brined chicken bites, and more.
Move on to their famed Yuzu Fried Chicken Sammy, with is buttermilk brined and fried with Yuzu Yogurt Coleslaw and Garlic Aioli on a soft brioche bun. Served with french fries + a pickle, it’s the perfect accompaniment to a cocktail, and it’s remarkably tender and flavorful. Other options include Salmon, Steak Frites, a Vegetable Sandwich, PC Impossible Burger, a Baby Kale Caesar Salad, and much more. Cap it all off with a cheesecake circle with blueberry compote, gelato, or sorbet.
