Exchange & Returns
Exchange or returns can be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Email us at email@example.com with proof of defects or wrong items sent. Only items that are in original packing and condition will be eligible. Returns are only valid if wrong items are sent or there are defects. Mailing charges may apply, depending on merchants’ exchange policy.
For returns, Numanhature will liaise with merchants and ensure all is right before releasing payment to customers.
Note: Customized goods are only eligible for exchange or return if there is a defect or the wrong item was sent. Services are strictly non-exchangeable or non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
