How Shipping Works

Merchants are responsible for mailing/delivering orders directly to customers once order is placed on NUHA website. 

Mode of Delivery 

• Normal postage 
• Registered mail
• Door-To-Door Courier

*Mode of Delivery is subjected on merchants. Merchants have the right to engage third-party vendors to fulfil orders received.

Processing Time

Orders are typically sent out 1-2 days once payment has been received and may take 1 week +/- to reach you. 

*Please be informed that cash upon delivery for certain products may be required at Merchants’ shop location for in-store additional promotions offered by Merchants.
