Upon receiving a dispute request, Numanhature will investigate the case and come to a fair resolution after reviewing the evidence submitted by buyers and/or sellers. This will take around 5 working days from the date the dispute was raised, which may be subjected to changes depending on the reason for return/refund.

If we are facing a delay for your order, you would have received a message from us. We strive to read you within the next hour from your scheduled delivery slot. 

For a delayed order, you could: 

  1. Allow us to continue with delivery (most likely within the next hour)
  2. If you are unable to be home, we will liaise with customer

You may click here to sign up as Merchant on Numanhature. You will receive a email from our dedicated team within 3 working days. 

After you place an order, an electronic order summary will be send to your email (or billing email address once your payment is completed. 

Numanhature/Merchants will also send you a message to liaise with you on the delivery after we process with your orders.
