Showstoppers from this month’s box include the curry ramen, which I had as a midnight snack. The broth was authentic curry with a slight kick that made it all the tastier. I added boiled eggs, green onions, and mushrooms to dress it up. A winner and I’ll be checking out my local Asian market to snag more.
