Imagine a fabric that is ultra-soft, anti-microbial, odor-resistant, designed and manufactured by women, and made of sustainable bamboo/cotton. What’s not to love about that? Camofleur offers exactly this, in the form of elevated everyday essentials that feel as good as they look.
The brand makes underwear, tops, and dresses, but their iconic garment is arguably their Signature Thong, which has a gusset with a built-in, chemical-free pantyliner that replaces the need for disposable liners. Its comfortable mid-rise fit makes it perfect for everyday wear as it contours, cushions and smooths. It also won’t fall to pieces in the laundry (the brand says it’ll get softer every wash). I had the chance to test this piece out in the black color, and it lived up to every claim.
Additionally, I enjoyed the Signature Low Rise Bikini, which features all the same benefits but offers a bit more coverage. The brand also offers High Cut Briefs and Cheekinis–all in a variety of colors.
The standout piece for me in testing Camofleur’s collection is the Classic Tank, a timeless, wide-strap wardrobe staple. I tried this piece also in the black color, and was shocked by how comfortable it is despite its snug fit. Extremely versatile, the tank can be worn lounging at home, with a pair of jeans, or even under a blazer in the workplace. I’ve worn it multiple times and it’s holding up well–it’s also neither see-through nor too thick. If you’re searching for the perfect tank top, this is a serious contender.
